KOT Projects (Innoliving USA LLC, doing business as KOT Projects) runs this site and the merchandise storefronts we operate for the artists we work with; each store links to this page. This page says what each one collects and what we do with it. Artists and partners using our dashboard: see app.kotprojects.com/privacy.

If you join the waitlist we keep the email address and name you give us, and the choices you tick, to send you the updates you asked for. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and kotprojects.com/unsubscribe works at any time. The site uses Vercel Analytics, which counts visits without cookies or personal identifiers.

Storefronts

When you order from one of our storefronts we collect what is needed to fulfil and support the order: name, email, shipping address, phone if you give one, and what you bought. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Order emails are sent from our systems. Each storefront has its own policies page with shipping, returns and contact details for that store.

Who processes data for us

Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Railway (our database), SMTP2GO and Listmonk (email delivery). Each processes only what its job needs. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising.

Your choices

Write to team@kotprojects.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to ask a question about this page. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require; everything else goes when you ask.
